The believing years never announce the last one.
One December they ask you, from the doorway, if Santa is real. And you understand that the December before was the last one — and nobody told you. This year, they still believe. This year, they'll still run to the phone.
Keep their voice from when they believed.

One free retry if no one answers.
What should Santa know?
Before you ask.
Is it a pre-recorded message?
No. Santa listens and answers for real. If your child asks him something, he responds.
What if my child doesn't answer?
Nothing is lost. Santa hangs up quietly — he never leaves a voicemail — and you can pick a new time. One free retry is included.
How long is the call?
Around three minutes. Long enough for magic, short enough to hold their attention.
What do you do with the recording?
We send it to you and keep it only long enough for you to download it. It isn't used for anything else.
What number does Santa call from?
Always the same number, so you know it's him. It only makes calls — if you call it back, you'll reach Santa's answering machine at the North Pole, which will point you back here.
